RETURN POLICY
LRT Home & Office always strives to provide Service to always make our customers happy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied please contact customer service and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival for correct items ordered, quantity ordered and damage. We are human beings and we are bound to make mistakes, no matter how hard we try. Email or call us right away, we’re more than happy to make things right.

Merchandise Returns:

Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours after the order is received. Discontinued items must be returned within 30 days of shipping date. Special Order and Clearance items may not be returned.

If the return is a result of a LRT Home & Office error, a credit will be issued and goods may be returned to us with authorization. All other errors must be reported within 7 days of shipping date in order to receive credit; goods must be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS of shipping date.

We will accept the return of any product that was purchased from LRT Home & Office, at any time as long as the product(s) meet(s) the following criteria:

a) Be in saleable condition – clean; no markings; undamaged in original packaging – packaging must not have changed.
b) Be in our current offering and not be on the verge of being discontinued.
c) Not be affected by an expiry date or ‘use before’ date. i.e. diaries, calendars, ink and toners, batteries, etc.
d) Not be a food product.
e) Not be a quantity so large as to be too much for us to reasonably stock. The return may be subject to a restocking charge of 25%. Please contact a Customer Service rep for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) prior to returning goods.

All product returns (with the exception of defective goods) must be in resalable condition, properly packaged and free of all markings, stickers, damage etc. LRT Home & Office retains the right to refuse credit and return the goods to the customer.

All returns and claims must be authorized by a customer service representative, and a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued. To receive an RGA, LRT Home & Office requires the Customer Number and Invoice Number.

Put the RGA number on the outside of the shipping box(es) being returned, but not on the original packaging. Merchandise returned without an approved RGA will be refused and returned to the customer.

We will inform you of the proper address to return the product. Returning the product to the incorrect address may delay or disqualify you from receiving a refund.

All shipments are inspected and leave our warehouse in good condition. Please carefully inspect crushed or damaged cartons for concealed damage or missing pieces. BOARDS AND METAL PRODUCTS ARE PRONE TO FREIGHT DAMAGE. PLEASE ENSURE CARTONS ARE OPENED AND INSPECTED BEFORE THE CARRIER WAYBILL IS SIGNED. If the carrier waybill is not signed for shortages or damage, credit will not be issued.

Shipping cost is non-refundable. If an order has shipped, it is the purchaser's responsibility to accept the shipment and return the order per our return policy. Orders that are refused at the designated shipping address will incur a fee.

Furniture Returns Policy
All furniture returns must receive prior approval. All furniture returns must be accompanied by an RGA, (Return Goods Authorization), which will be faxed or Emailed to Customer the same day as approval for furniture return is given.

The following are acceptable reasons for furniture returns:

a. Furniture is defective right from the start, (initial assembly), and it is reported within 72 hours of delivery. (LRT Home & Office reserves the right to send in stock parts or hardware to remedy problem without replacing entire item).

b. Hidden Damage (damage to product with NO damage to packaging) is reported within 72 hours of delivery. In the case of a furniture return due to hidden damage, the original packaging must be returned with product showing

NO visible damage. It is very important that customers inspect furniture immediately at point of receiving for damage to packaging and furniture itself. Furniture returned with non-hidden damage, (i.e. damage to packaging where damage to furniture occurred), will not be accepted for credit to Customer's Acct. and must be claimed by the Customer with delivering freight company. This usually can only be done if Customer marks off damage on Freight Company’s B.O.L. at point of receiving while driver is present.

c. LRT Home & Office order entry or shipping error.

All furniture that develops problems, including warranty issues and missing parts or hardware, reported 72 hourrs after reception by customer will be subject to the Manufacturer's Warranty and does not qualify for return to LRT Home & Office.

Furniture items that are "STOCK" product for LRT Home & Office may be returned to LRT Home & Office within 72 hrs. of delivery for any reason if freight is prepaid by customer and furniture is received at our warehouse in "As New Saleable Condition" in all original packaging. Unassembled items must not have been assembled. An RGA must accompany the returning goods. Any freight costs accrued by LRT Home & Office in original delivery of furniture will be deducted from customer's Acct.

LRT Home & Office reserves the right to limit quantity of a single item returned.

Furniture items that are "NON STOCK" or "SPECIAL ORDER" for LRT Home & Office and have been ordered in especially per a customer's request are ineligible for return for any reason other than those outlined in point 3 of this policy.

Electronics Returns Policy
Defective technology products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model within 14 days of purchase with Original Invoice. Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials. The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RGA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused. Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.

LRT Home & Office credits based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest. Please remove all personal data from returned/exchanged product. LRT Home & Office is not responsible for any personal data left in or on a returned/exchanged product.

Not returnable

Any copyright materials including books and magazines
Downloadable software
Gift Cards, prepaid air time, pre-loaded cards and vouchers
Services including delivery charges and installations
Earbud-style headphones cannot be returned once opened for hygienic reasons
SIM cards that have been opened or activated
Consumable items such as ink cartridges, toner, recordable media and batteries once opened
Non-defective software and gaming consoles
Non-defective media converting products, and blank recording media
Apple products

Note: Most requests for returns of defective consumables are for products that are not actually defective. Many requests are for consumables that have been incorrectly installed, non-original compatible consumables, refilled consumable or another issue that is easily resolved. A Customer Service representative will assist you to determine what the nature of the problem is and they will resolve it with the customer.


Refund will be given after we process and checking it. Please allow up to 14 business days for return processing from the time your product is received.

Any pricing errors or discrepancies on your invoices must be reported to LRT Home & Office within 7 days. Credits to your statement will be processed as quickly as possible.
