Free Shipping on orders over $50 (excludes all office furniture or anything else to requires the product to be freighted)
Shipping is FREE on orders over $50 (before applicable taxes) to any address in Western Canada Excluding Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories shipped via Purolator or other carrier.
Orders below $50 we offer a $9.99 flat rate shipping.
Unfortunately, we currently cannot ship to Yukon, Nunavut, or to the Northwest Territories due to excessive shipping costs.
We currently only ship to locations within Canada. An additional charge may be applied for remote areas within Canada.
At this time, we are shipping online orders within Canada only.
Processing and Delivery Time
Most orders placed Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Order arrival depends on customer proximity from warehouse locations and item availability. Most orders will arrive within 1-2 business days. Some products may be delivered in separate shipments, which may affect delivery time.
Non-courierable items that cannot ship via regular courier and require shipment by truck typically require 1-3 additional days for delivery. Orders placed on the weekend or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Shipping Warehouses and Back-Orders
Orders are usually shipped of Alberta.
If a product you have ordered has ‘0 in stock’ at the nearest warehouse to your shipping address, it will be placed on backorder. If the product is available in another warehouse you will have the option to ship from there at an additional cost. Feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get more specific information.
Obtaining a backorder depends primarily on the manufacturer or supplier of the product. For most items, ETA usually takes 6-8 business days, but with some items especially non-stocked item this can take longer. We make sure to get your order out as soon as we receive new stock and will be shipped to you automatically with no extra charge unless you choose to cancel or change your order by sending an email to email@example.com or by calling our customer service dept. at 780-928-2752
Somtimes ‘0 in stock’ means that the product is discontinued by the manufacturer. Should an item become unavailable, we will contact you to offer a replacement item with a comparable substitution of equal or greater value, or to cancel the order.
